Right now this tier is available for US orders only. Unfortunately the shipping costs got very high when calculating international orders due to the weight. If any of you would be interested in something like this for international orders (it would be $20 more) I can make another tier for you and throw in a few extra goodies to help offset the price. I'm so sorry about that! But let me know in the comments if this is something you would like me to put together.
